Nick Aiello is a 24-year-old musician living in Central Illinois, but he has created music that has reached across the globe in magical ways. With numerous international collaborations, and a fiercely independent enterprise, Nick has written, recorded, produced and self-published several bodies of work since 2019.
A studious musician in high school, Nick Aiello was the proud guitarist of the highly decorated “Titan Fever”, a school music group that toured across the midwest in dozens of competitions, collecting many trophies along the way. This was his first exposure to playing live music, making it to the Opryland Stage at age 17 as his school was named 2nd in the national show choir competition.
In 2018, Nick graduated high school to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received a Bachelors degree in Music Technology. At UIUC, Aiello had the opportunity to record in state-of-the-art studios and facilities, and was able to study the scientific and professional aspects of his passion. His greatest academic successes in college included the A+ in a 400-level electrical engineering course on Electronic Music Synthesis, raising $10,000+ in a fundraising campaign for a musical guest speaker, and recording a full-length album in the school’s historic EMS studios for his senior capstone project.
After graduating, Nick has worked aggressively to pay off his student loans by working multiple jobs, while also consistently pursuing his musical passions. He works in a home studio to write and record new material every day, and is in the process of a major album release in 2024.
Nick Aiello’s songs feature several languages of vocals, and he has recorded work in studios as far as Oulu, Finland. His terrific communication skills have helped him to build a social network of artists across several countries, with the most notable being Alexandra Weinberger, a frequent songwriting collaborator from Saratov, Russia.
He was born to make music, and if you see his passion you know that success will be on his horizon.
